Went here for my girlfriend birthday it was a very clean restaurant and our waiter Sally was great. The food was really good as well. We had the lobster and spider rolls along with the goma-ae salad. We also got the vegetable yakisoba noodles. All of it was soooo good and fresh most definitely will be back.

Back again about a week later. The eel roll and hot tuna roll were out of this world but man is the bread pudding a show stopper. Treat yourself, sit at the bar with Will and have him walk you through the menu. He is an amazing addition to this outstanding restaurant!

The food is always amazing! I've been 4 times and was never disappointed. I am making my at through all the rolls. So far, my favorite is the Alaskan roll. I do think their tea is a little expensive considering they are just giving you a tea bag and hot water. The service is always excellent! Ambiance has 2 sections, a dining section which is a little quieter and the bar section which is right in front of the TV-usually playing sports.

Food was pretty good. Not my favorite sushi place but I love the atmosphere in this restaurant and the service. The spicy edamame was delicious. Teddy was our server and he was so much fun! The bar area is also a cool spot. Next time I visit, I will try a specialty roll.

Updating this review since they moved to the new location! The food before and after is little different to us. Two things we always get are katsudon and volcano rolls, and whereas they really used to sauce the volcano roll down, now it is sparse and most pieces are dry making 6/10 pieces just a California roll. The katsudon used to use more mirin which made the rice savory until the bottom, but now, again, kind of sparse and dry. Corners are cut and the food suffers for it. The service is more "elevated" than the chill vibe it had in the old place, and waitstaff are nice but move you out quick once you're done. However, five stars to Will the bartender, whose drinks hit just right every time.

I'm usually not too big on sushi, but the Volcano roll was seriously out of this world! Our servers were very kind and made sure we were taken care of, and even took the time to customize my drink to be a little sweeter (lol). Perfect place for dinner or a night out, beautiful and cozy decor and atmosphere. I can't remember the name of the other sushi roll we had but it was pretty yummy as well. 5/5

This is our favorite Japanese place in the city. You can really tell the difference between here and other sushi places. It's so fresh! Will was our server and he was excellent. Very thoughtful and attentive. We will be back!
